CLOTHING RETURN POLICY
Elsa Valencia accepts garments returns for either a refund or exchange. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Merchandise must be received new, unused and unwashed with all the original garment tags attached.
Customer is responsible for all cost associated with any return and exchange. All returned merchandise must be received by our company before a refund can be processed. If your exchange is for like items, please note that the new item (s) will be shipped at no additional cost once we receive and inspect the original merchandise.
We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit. We recommend that you utilize a traceable shipping method for your protection when returning any merchandise.

How do I make a return?
To return your item (s), please notify us by email at email@example.com that you wish to return your order. The refund will be processed once the merchandise is received and inspected. An email confirmation will be sent to you once it has been processed.
How do I make an exchange?
To exchange your item (s), please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org before requesting an exchange in order to verify the availability of the new item (s) you would like to receive in exchange.
Orders may not be cancelled once the order has been processed and shipped.
